FAQs
Do you just make standard models or can you make custom and bespoke playcentres?
Whilst we do have ranges of models, such as the Forest or the Otter range, they are all customisable. And you’ll also see in our brochure that we make unique and one-off designs.
Do you make home visits?
Yes, we make home visits. The client is under no obligation as a result of the visit. A short conversation and viewing of the site can be very beneficial for us as well as the client to understand the needs, desires and possibilities available.
Do you deliver for self-assembly?
No. All our products are handcrafted, and require skill and knowledge of the product to assemble.
We want to make sure they are installed correctly and therefore insist on doing it ourselves.
Can we use the playcentre all year round?
All our products are designed for permanent outdoor placement and are fully weather resistant and designed to last for years.
We believe that outdoor play should happen all year round and our playcentres are built with this in mind.
What is the installation process?
We do all the installation for you. Our structures can be large, complex and heavy. And for larger builds some hand crafting on site may be required.
Because we want to ensure that our structures are installed safely, and are safe to play on once completed we do all the installation ourselves.
Is safety surfacing required?
In most situations grass can be an adequate surface for play equipment to be sited on, however we do also offer a range of play safety surfaces.
We can discuss the most appropriate play surface as part of the discussion during a site visit.
